*IMPORTANT* LASH ENCHANTMENT are not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged/misplaced or delayed shipments/orders. customers will need to open a claim/investigation with Royal Mail for any of the issues noted.

UK POSTAGE - Orders are dispatched on working days only. Monday - Friday.
Express Tracked 24 - Royal Mail
Dispatch Time: 1-2 Working Days. Whilst we aim to dispatch your order the next day, it is not always possible. Please allow at least 2 working days for dispatch.
Delivery Aim - Royal Mail aim to delivery your package within 24 hours. Please note this is not a guaranteed service and we cannot control the delivery times of Royal Mail.
Please always leave an extra day for your order to arrive and do not rely on next day delivery - it is not guaranteed.

Standard Tracked 48 - Royal Mail
Dispatch Time: 1-2 Working Days. Whilst we aim to dispatch your order the next day, it is not always possible. Please allow at least 2 working days for dispatch.
Delivery Aim - Royal Mail aim to delivery your package within 48 hours (not a guaranteed service).
Once your order has left us we have no control over the time it takes to reach you and we can only see what you can see on the tracking. Please contact Royal Mail direct to get more information on the status of your order.
If you do not leave enough time for an order to be dispatched and delivered for you, we are not responsible for this. Please allow enough time for your order before appointments.

Insured for loss or damage up to £150, if your order is more than the cover insurance and it gets lost or damaged we will not able to reimburse you for the extra cost.

International Postage/Shipping: Tracked & Signed

Tracking Number: Yes - Available on your shipped confirmation email & notifications by Royal Mail.
Pre-Order Shipping
Items purchased on pre-order will be dispatched as soon as they become available.
Timelines: While we provide estimated shipping dates on the product page, these are subject to change due to production or transit delays.
Updates: We will notify you via email if there is a significant change to your expected shipping date.
Note: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item(s) are available.

PLEASE NOTE– we are not responsible for incorrectly entered information at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. If the item has already shipped, we must wait for the package to be returned to our warehouse before we can refund or resend. Reshipping costs (P&P) are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order is unable to be delivered to you it has our return address so will be returned to us. If you would like a refund for your order you will need to wait until the package has arrived back to us before we can issue a refund for the products (shipping is non refundable).
